On May 24th, 2021 Dr. Darakchiev gave a CME – accredited presentation at the Neuro Cancer Conference at Good Samaritan Hospital Medical Center. The topic was: ” Recurrent Meningioma of
the Brain – incidence rate, management, and treatments.”
Two patients with such tumors were presented. Their successful tumor treatments, including complete tumor resections by the presenter were discussed by members of the multidisciplinary Brain Tumor Board including Neurosurgery, Hematology/Oncology, Radiation/Oncology, Neurology, Internal medicine and Pathology.
